Alright, here's the skinny.

I have played this game for 2 or 3 hours. So far. So good.
The overall gameplay is fantastic, i love the sound of artillery rumbling and the sound of a torpedo hitting an enemy ship.

Having said that i do have one or two minor gripes with it.
One, you get to control planes in this sequel. I happen to have a joystick, which is awesome for flight based games. However, the game does not automatically recognize this, you must set the controls yourself. I could deal with this. But when it came to rudder left/right.. i was enraged. The game refused to recognize the twist function of my joystick. Although i'm sure this will be fixed in later patches. It is still infuriating, for such a vital part of flying to be left out.

Having said that, great graphics, gameplay and cinematics. Just that one thing really.

Story: 10/10
I'm a sucker for WWII related warfare. I can't get enough of it. So for me this aced it. It is perfectly accurate historically. And to top it off, your first training mission. IS PEARL HARBOUR!

:)

Graphics: 9/10
Theres not much i can say towards graphics, but they are spectactular. Especially the opening cinematics.

Gameplay: 8/10
Although i can see it getting repetitive, i'm sure it'll vary in the missions. Its fantasticaly fun to play. You're likely to feel the hours melt away while playing this game.

Overall: 9/10
A great game to play. Try it out.

Try before you buy. ;)

Peace out y'all!
